Cancellation / Refund Policy:
Your 2021 TASIU Conference Staff is monitoring the current rise in COVID 19 cases across the region. Our primary concern is, and will be, the health and safety of our members, our guests, and our valued partners.
The COVID 19 pandemic has caused many organizations, including TASIU, to review and publish their event refund policy.
The conference refund policy is as follows:
For participants (i.e. Investigators, Adjusters, Law Enforcement):
Full refunds will be provided up to 7 calendar days before the event.
Refunds up to 50% will be provided between 6 calendar days before the event and the day before the event.
No refunds can be provided for cancellations the day of the event.
For vendors:
We will apply your vendor payment to the next (2023) Conference as this will allow us to continue to keep your business listed in our vendor directory up to the following (2025) conference. Please note this does not guarantee the vendor fees will remain the same after the current (2021) conference. If a vendor cannot participate this year, this year’s vendor fee will be considered a credit to the next conference(s).
This refund policy includes individual cancellations, vendor cancellations, or total conference closure for any reason (i.e. COVID 19, natural disaster, local disaster, emergency declarations by local, state, or federal governments, etc.).
The mask policy for the conference will be the mask policy specified by the venue host (Pasadena Convention Center) at the time of the conference. Any person who has symptoms of COVID 19 or a fear of contracting / spreading COVID 19 should consider their personal safety and not attend the conference.
Please direct any questions concerning the Conference Refund Policy to Conference Chair David Godell at Godell.david@aaa-texas.com.
We look forward to seeing you at the conference and to helping Kick Fraud Out Of Texas!
